Michael Torres also called Myke towers is a Puerto Rican songwriter and rapper who was born in Rio Piedras Puerto Rico on 15 January 1994. The name he changed to in 2017 by changing his name from Mike Towers, to Myke Towers. It was done to honor the Young Kingz music group of which he's a part. The initial i in their name has been substituted with a letter Y. Myke Towers is a part of the underground rap scene of Puerto Rico since his adolescence making his very first songs as well as freestyles through his SoundCloud account. He became popular with his tracks Dia de cobro Por Mi Es Normal et En los Bloques. The freestyle he performed, La Nueva Droga, and his rendition of Drake's original song "0 to 100" was also a hit in the music industry of urban.
